First and foremost, I am an immigrant, my heritage is the most important thing to me. My mother is from Congo, my father is from Haiti, I was born in Boston and raised in Italy. Growing up, I realised the importance of my multicultural background and how it is integrated in the way I cook. I want to make sure to honour my roots as much as possible when I make food; sharing food with others and helping others brings me the most joy !
